Self-Care That Matters

LIVE ONLINE course with Kathy Mangan

A lot has been written about the importance of self-care and its relationship to our overall health and well-being.  For a lot of us, the path from understanding the importance of self-care that matters and embedding the habits into our lives is a difficult one to walk.  Busy with work demands, family time and taking care of day-to-day demands, it is hard to imagine where the time will come from.
